I have some points I would like to share and am interested in your thoughts: The current funding request draft requests ACX with an indicative USD value only. This appears not be in line with the [Across Governance Operating Manual](https://forum.across.to/t/across-governance-operating-manual/1447), see [Proposal Types](https://forum.across.to/t/across-governance-operating-manual/1447#proposal-types-5), Treasury Funding-Medium which requires USD value funding requests. That may affect any ACX payout depending on exchange rate. The request seeks retroactive funding (Infinity) as well as “future” funding. - It may be helpful to provide some more details on Infinities contributions for those readers who have not followed his activities. I personally have no doubt it is well deserved! - Regarding “future” funding it appears to be a payout upfront. Aren’t payouts usually milestone based? And if yes, what would those be in relation to funding amounts and how would they be monitored and evaluated?
