AUVC January 2026 Update
From December 6th to January 26th, the AUVC participated in 458 votes, with 1 incorrect vote for the period. The incorrect vote was due to an error, which may have taken place on or around Christmas day(cannot see the voter dapp history at the moment).The AUVC has increased our correctness percentage from 99.07% to 99.26%.
Up until January 26th, the AUVC has participated in 1,640 total votes for the Across DAO with 1,628 correct votes and achieving 99.26% correctness. The Across treasury now holds 2,796,400 UMA up from 2,675,090 on December 6th 2025.
AUVC Renewal
The next AUVC renewal is coming up fast as earnings have compounded as the holdings in treasury grow. 20,000 UMA for payroll lasts about 4-½ months based on the current staking and voting rewards rate. I have checked with the team and all members of the group are willing to continue should Risk Labs and the Across community permit us.
It is essential to have an independent committee manage the votes of the Across Treasury to ensure the oracle is secured and decentralized. We have tried to engage with Risk Labs regarding a potential distribution of UMA from the treasury but the team has been hard at work and is not interested in being involved in a token distribution at this time.
