Specification & Implementation

Through Yield for Good, users will be able to donate to their chosen causes without ever losing their principal. Donors can deposit funds for a set period, allowing the funds to accrue yield, which is then transferred to charities via the Across protocol. The yield is generated on the Blast L2 network, the first to offer native yield for ETH and stablecoins.

I am requesting a grant of $2,000 to fund the required audit. All other aspects of the project—including smart contract development, website creation, and marketing—are being handled by me personally, free of charge.

While the financial impact on Across is minimal, the benefits are significant. By supporting Yield for Good, Across will:

  1. Cement its position as a pioneer in supporting humanitarian efforts within the crypto space.
  2. Revolutionize the concept of giving, allowing even those with limited resources to contribute to charitable causes.

In the future, Yield for Good plans to expand to support additional blockchains via Across and even integrate fiat donations.
